A global leader in property security, ASSA ABLOY Global Solution’s VingCard Essence solution allowed for the property to implement the industry’s latest data encryption abilities that prevent unauthorized key cloning and a potential breach in security. Designed with a minimalistic, customizable approach, VingCard Essence is also capable of blending in seamlessly with Ascott Thonglor’s décor, concealing its hardware within the door and instead showcasing only a sleek RFID/BLE reader. By simply adding the Signature RFID reader to existing door hardware, the property immediately gains advanced encryption abilities that prevent the unauthorized cloning of keycard data.

The future-proof design of VingCard Essence allowed Ascott Thonglor to activate Mobile Access technologies, which allows residents to utilize a digital key on their mobile device, eliminating the need for a physical key. Once received, the digital key information is stored on a secure communication channel, allowing for instant authorized access.
