The acquisition strengthens Vingcard’s direct presence in one of the largest and most dynamic hotel markets in the United States, while enhancing its ability to deliver localized service, technical expertise, and customer support across the region.

GESI brings more than 30 years of experience supporting hospitality properties throughout the New York metropolitan area.
